I Commitment to Product Authenticity and Supply Chain Integrity

Formix International India Private Limited is committed to preventing the purchase, acceptance, and distribution of counterfeit, fraudulent, or suspect electronic components. As an Independent Distributor serving customers across Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Medical, Industrial, Telecom, and Electronics sectors, we recognize the critical importance of product authenticity, quality, and supply chain integrity.

II Our Commitment

We are committed to:

• Procuring products from authorized manufacturers, franchised distributors, or qualified and approved suppliers whenever possible.
• Evaluating and monitoring suppliers through a documented supplier approval and performance review process.
• Verifying product authenticity through risk-based inspection, documentation review, and traceability verification.
• Maintaining complete records of procurement, inspection, testing, and shipment activities.
• Ensuring that all personnel involved in purchasing, receiving, quality assurance, and sales are aware of counterfeit prevention requirements.
• Immediately investigating any suspected counterfeit product and taking appropriate containment and corrective actions.

III Supplier Qualification

Formix International India Private Limited conducts supplier assessments and continuously monitors supplier performance to ensure procurement sources meet established quality requirements. Suppliers are selected based on their ability to provide authentic products, maintain traceability, and comply with applicable industry standards.

IV Inspection and Verification

Products received are subjected to appropriate verification activities which may include:

• Visual inspection
• Packaging verification
• Label and marking verification
• Documentation review
• Traceability verification
• Manufacturer certification review
• Additional testing and inspection through approved third-party laboratories when required

The level of inspection performed is based on product risk, source history, customer requirements, and industry standards.

V Traceability

We maintain documented records that support product traceability throughout the procurement and distribution process. Traceability records are retained in accordance with customer, regulatory, and quality management system requirements.

VI Control of Suspect Counterfeit Parts

Any product suspected of being counterfeit will be:

• Immediately segregated and identified
• Prevented from entering the customer supply chain
• Subjected to investigation and evaluation
• Reported to appropriate stakeholders when required
• Managed through documented corrective action processes
